  • Feel free to walk into the beach from the pool via its exclusive beach access!

GUEST INTERACTION:

  • Our private concierge will be on premise to assist our guests with arrivals, departures, and any other requests they may have during their stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • We set up amenities at check-in, however, we do not replenish them during your stay.

  • Stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay cleaning procedure to maintain the quality of the unit.

  • Licensee acknowledges that although its rental unit may be located within, or physically connected to, Castle Beach/Design Suites, Licensee is renting a privately-owned unit which is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by Castle Beach/Design Suites.

  • The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 48 hours of booking.  The reservation will be considered pending till the contract is returned along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to  book the unit.   The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.
